Thank you for shopping with ICED UP LONDON. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and you may wish to return them.
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to initiate a return, please send an email to contact@iceduplondon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a returns address and any necessary instructions.
Please ensure that all items are returned to us in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Please note that we do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@iceduplondon.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide a returns address and cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
