Delivery & Order

When will I receive my order ?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) take a maximum of 10 to 15 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

How much does delivery cost ?

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

My order is not complete

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I didn't receive my order

Something wrong with the Post Office ? Package lost, broken, destroyed ?

With our secure delivery, Iced Up London takes care of disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our cost.

Cancellation & Return

Can I edit my order ?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

Can I cancel my order ?

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.

Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to iceduplondon@gmail.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

I received an import tax

Iced Up London ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline all responsibility.
